Transaction Advisory - Equity & Debt
- Prepare equity financing pitches and due diligence works for private placement or IPOs
- Quarterback merger & acquisition, debt financing or other transactions
- Advise equity investments and complex bank loans including AR based loans and PO financing loans.
International Expansion
- Coordinate U.S sales tax compliance, loan arrangements with U.S companies
- Quarterback expansions in US, Chile, Peru and Mexico by leveraging services provided by EDC and government trade missions
- Secure trade financing loans
- Credit risk management of international customers, including AR collection
Planning, Analysis, and Reporting
- Build up budget, financial planning and analysis routines.
- Handle complex compliance works, such as audit, CRA audit, financial review, bank loan annual reviews, and quarterback tax planing and entity restructuring.
- Improve operation finance, including cash cycle, credit management, and working capital management.
